I, Kathy (Twining) Frombaugh,  was raised and have lived in Southern Lorain County my entire life. I  was raised on a dairy and grain farm that  continues to be active today with my parents and siblings.  I  graduated from Black River High School in 1997, and from The Ohio State University in 2000 with a Bachelor's of Science in AgBusiness and Applied Economics. I worked for Lorain County Farm Service Agency from 2000-2009.

 I attended University of Akron Law School and graduated in 2011. That summer, I opened my law practice in New London in June of 2011 and continue to serve local residents and farmers in estate planning, probate, real estate and small businesses. 

I also served on Rochester Village Council and as Mayor. I currently serve as Township Trustee in Rochester Township, President of Rochester Homecoming (4th of July), a board member of  LORCO.

I am licensed in both Ohio and Florida Law.

Addie was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio. In 2019, she received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the Ohio State University at Mansfield. Afterward, she attended Ohio Northern University College of Law and graduated in 2022. While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Ohio Northern University Law Review and was a member of the Environmental Law Society and the Legal Association of Women. She also worked as a Contracts teaching assistant and as a Research Assistant. After graduating and passing the Ohio Bar Exam, she moved to Ashland and is now working as an Associate for Frombaugh Law.

Tiffani Landis has served as secretary for Frombaugh Law since 2018. She graduated from Black River High School in 1998 and has an Associate of Arts from Lorain County Community College. She married her husband, Keith, in 2002 and they live on a farm in Ashland County with their three children.
